Day 190 of 365

I posted this photo on Instagram the other day, but as a video created in Plotaverse. It looked like a moving carousel along with glittery stars along the edges.

Carousel of Time
Carousel of Time
  • Fujifilm X-T3
  • K&F Concept Nikon to Fuji lens converter
  • Sigma 50mm macro lens (Nikon mount, manual focus)
  • Stretch Glass and Scalloped Window filters
  • Focal Length: 50mm
  • ISO: 160
  • Aperture: f/2.8 to f/4 (I was alternating between those two and don’t remember which I used)
  • Shutter Speed: 1/950
  • Exposure Compensation: 0.67EV

JPG was minimally processed on my iPad Pro in Snapseed

190 days down, 175 to go!!

    1. Mike, I didn’t remove the like button. I’m guessing that something happened with one of the recent updates to the Jetpack plug-in. Thanks for letting me know as in the WordPress app I haven’t been able to see any likes in the notification area.

      1. Yes usually you can add the like button, and other buttons like Twitter, Pinterest, etc. In the settings it should be under sharing or media.

      2. I had it turned on there and haven’t touched anything. I’m a self-hosted site not on This isn’t the first time the like button has gone missing. I think the last time I had to disconnect my site from jetpack, then reconnect. I will also check and see if one of the updates turned off the like button. 🙂

      3. By the way, one of the latest jetpack updates did turn off the like button. It’s back on…yay!

    1. Weird, my reply didn’t show up…here’s the short version of what I said: the difference between a self-hosted WordPress site and is that I can choose whatever theme I want and extend WordPress with whatever kind of plug-in I want/need. The downside to using a web host for your site…you need to make sure you use a good security plug-in; every day I get well over 500 attempts to hack my site.
