Went for a 2+ mile walk around Moorpark College this morning and didn’t take my camera, I did have my phone with me if I wanted to take any pictures. Almost immediately I wished that I had my camera, but decided to take some slow shutter photos instead. Well…either iOS 13.1 is chewing through my battery, or Slow Shutter Cam is, because I went from having somewhere in the 80 to 90% battery range down to 18% after taking only 17 slow shutter shots @ 4 seconds each and 5 regular camera shots! In looking at the battery settings it seems the culprit is low signal (39% activity) with Slow Shutter app coming in at 14% activity. I stopped writing and did some online investigating, after following some directions on T-Mobile’s website I now have 2-3 bars (instead of 1) as I sit in the same location without moving!
