I’ve been picking off all the dead fortnight lilies over the past couple of days, today 4 or 5 new lilies opened up. With the heat we’ve been having, I decided to wait until the plant was in the shade. Put a 16mm extension tube on before the Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens and headed outside. A nasty looking spider has set up shop in the plant, not that great of a web, so I don’t know how much it will catch to eat.

I did take a picture of it, just decided not to show it. Maybe tomorrow I’ll add it to the bottom of the post.
