I’ve been trying to decide on whether the time is right to get an 100mm macro lens; I’ve decided to hold off a bit, especially now that I found where I put the extension tubes (Nikon mount) I was using with my Olympus system. I put the 36mm extension tube on my Sigma 50mm macro lens and headed outside. Not much to photograph right now, but as of this evening, the fortnight lily bush is going to be popping in the next day (or maybe 2). In the meantime, here’s a photo from the mosquito plant using only the Lensbaby Omni Stretch Glass filter.
