Short and sweet today as I’m not feeling too well. This is another photo taken yesterday with the Lensbaby Omni Filters. I used the Rainbow Film and the Stretch Glass to give this colorful look to one of the closing fortnight lilies.

Most of the flowers I use are from the few plants I have in the front and back yard. Sometimes I will ask my neighbors if I can photograph their flowers, no one has said “no” yet. My other 2 places are at a botanical garden, where I usually get bit up :(, or a family owned garden that is open to the public. The last place usually frowns upon people taking pictures there, but the last few times I’m there they haven’t bothered me when I’m taking macros of the flowers. Right now I’m feeling desperate and am tempted to go to one of the many nurseries in my area and see if they would mind me taking pictures.
