This week Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge is Flowers. That happens to be one of my favorite topics to photograph. I found a beautiful Asiatic Lily today at Walmart and this afternoon, I got my camera out to take some dreamy photos of my beauty. Using my camera’s multiple exposure feature, I captured the dreamy look I was after. I used Topaz Studio to convert to Black and White and add grain.

Thank you, Mary. Glad to hear it. This is the way I prefer to take photos of flowers. It wasn’t until I got this beautiful Asiatic Lily that I remembered my camera does multiple exposures. I’ll be posting more of the photos in color sometime soon.

noticed you haven’t been taking pictures lately. You might just be busy but just in case it’s cuz photo challenges are all scattered, I am trying an experiment, I put up a list of the week’s photo challenges and their themes (mostly because on Cactus Dreams I am trying to do one thing a weekend, but didn’t this weekend). anyways in case it helps you and you want to take a look, this is what I put up this week

Mary, actually I have been taking pictures, just not posting them on my blog…or anywhere at the moment. My best photos are on ViewBug, when I remember to upload them. I’ll take a look at the link tomorrow. Thanks for thinking of me. 🙂

no worries. i don’t post a lot of mine either. although I do post more on CactusCatz but that’s because it’s more of a lifestyle blog. CactusHaiku is a tad random as it depends on what I write
